Conference Policies and Participation
The following policies outline the expectations and practical arrangements for participation in the AMSA 2026 Annual Meeting. They are intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and a shared understanding of how the conference will operate. We encourage all participants to review these policies carefully prior to attending.

All participants must register in advance via the official conference website. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All fees are listed in USD and include applicable processing charges.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
​Registration fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organisers. Requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if granted, may be subject to an administrative fee. Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior notice. AMSA does not accept responsibility for changes in personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or visa issues.
3. Code of Conduct
AMSA is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour. Participants must comply with requests to stop unacceptable behaviour. The organisers reserve the right to remove individuals without refund if necessary.
4. Accessibility and Inclusion
We are committed to accessibility. Participants should indicate requirements during registration. We will make reasonable adjustments to accommodate needs, though this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
5. Programme Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, including speakers and schedule.
6. Liability
AMSA is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to property, or travel/accommodation costs. Participants attend at their own risk.
7. Photography and Media
The conference may be photographed or recorded. By attending, participants consent to use of images. If you prefer not to appear, please inform the organisers.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data will be used for conference administration and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
